Icelandic Shrimps-Pandalus borealis

The shrimp used in OSCAR'S FISH products is harvested in Iceland’s cold coastal waters and only in such quantities that will allow it to be process onshore at the quickest possible rate - within 24 hours.
To preserve its maximum freshness, OSCAR'S FISH shrimps are chilled with ice immediately after harvesting and are delivered without delay to the factory where they are peeled, weighed, and steamed for seven seconds and then individually quick frozen (IQF) at -45°С to later apply a thin layer of glaze to prevent them from drying out.
